How I Work

For more than a decade I have provided individual, family, and group therapy services. I have a wide array of specialized training to treat many different diagnoses, including Depressive and Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Kinetic Disorders, as well as Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and compulsive behaviors. I specialize in treating men and women of the Millennial and Generation X generations, creative and gifted individuals, and children with behavioral and developmental disorders. Emphasis is on holistic, individually tailored options that help you foster deep, meaningful, and authentic connections.
